If you have a problem with your rental property during your stay – please contact the owners immediately. Hopefully they can resolve the issue for you whilst you are at the property so that you can enjoy your holiday to the full.
If you have a problem on your return – again we ask that you contact the owner and try and resolve the issue with them directly. If you are unable to contact them or you still have an issue, then please contact us either by the telephone number above or by email. Our customer service team will ensure that your emails and calls are dealt with as quickly as possible. Please do not post blog comments about individual properties as this is not the best forum to ensure a speedy response.
I just want to say thanks to your site for a great holiday in Tenerife in July. We stayed at a Villa found on your website owned by Shaun Murphy.The pool and outside space could not have been better thank you Shaun and thank you Owners Direct.

We have just returned from a visit to Cala Ferrera where we stayed in B4652. We would like to publicly thank Rubi for all her help and thoughtfulness.
The apartment is just as described,very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Rubi changed the towels and cleaned the apartment halfway through our week. She rushed over when she heard that there were some repairs being made in a neighbouring apartment to see if we were inconvenienced by the noise – we weren’t it, was only part of one day. She even offered to move us to another, larger property so we wouldn’t be disturbed! What service! So a really big thank you to Rubi for making our first stay in Mallorca so enjoyable. It was so nice to meet such a warm and genuine person. We can thoroughly recommend this property for a couple.
We would also like to recommend a tapas bar in Cala d’Or – Bar Andurina. Welcoming staff and great, authentic food really made our holiday for us – thank you so much.
